Dathomir Comes Under Attack Again After Visiting Tython

Reporter Daana Kira traveled to Dathomir to see how the investigation had progresses on the previous attack against the Queen of Zeltros. Meeting with Lady Kia, GNN was told about recent activities.

Dathomir: No further clues have been found in the case involving the Queen of Zeltros where three ships attacked Nightsister forces in a failed attempt to take Viera Lars into custody. To add to the mystery, another ship had tailed Lady Kia’s flagship as she returned from a diplomatic mission on Tython. Upon coming out of hyperspace over Dathomir, the unknown ship attacked the fleet, was shot down, and crashed on the surface. Like the previous attacking ships this one had no marking though it is a different model. The crash site has been contained, though the nightsisters are looking to see if any survivors made it off and will begin an investigation of the downed ship once its hull has cooled.

Lady Kia had been requested to come to Tython for a visit where the NJO asked the Nightsisters for help in their struggle against the Tython Liberation Front (TLF). Lady Kia did not comment further on her meeting though didn’t seem to be agreeable to helping the Jedi. It was on her return to Dathomir that the unknown ship followed them. Lady Kia stated that if the investigation proves that the Jedi or the TLF was behind the attack, blood would be spilled on Tython.

Security has been tightened on Dathomir as it’s the seat for the CIS to meet currently. Pallas Athena has also strengthened the Dark Force Fleet around Dathomir with part of their own navy. Ground forces have also been strengthened as the system prepares for the next CIS meeting in the coming days. The Spellweaver mother, Lady Kia is looking forward to the meeting where several possible new members have been invited. GNN also looks forward to covering the event.
