Missing clone captured and sold

November 16, 2011

In Boz Pity, reporters of the Galactic News were informed about a curious trade…

Discussion with GAR troopers

A clone trooper from the Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) was captured out of the Republic space and seen for sale in a slave market in Nar Shaddaa. The trooper, which we’ll not publish the name for privacy reason, is a freshly released trainee with the private rank. It would be doubtful a private would have been sent in an dangerous mission. The instructor said his student was “curious”, which may explain a part of the events.

In Nar Shaddaa, people in the slavery background confirmed they received a clone, which they sold back after a short training. The clone was bound on the holorecords and apparently in good health. It’s still unclear how this trooper was captured and who is the buyer; it’s even possible they left Nar Shaddaa.

The GAR or maybe the Republic itself will certainly try to get their missing personel back. Although it’s still early to know their progress in this matter.

Sadly, confussion can some times occur as to where a slave may come from. It seems in this case curiosity landed the clone, who ever they are, in a bad spot. It is also unfornate that records of whom may have bought this clone/slave can not be made public, to do so would voilate the privacy of the buyer. While slavery is legal in hutt space some people who buy our goods, do not wish to be reveiled, as other regions in the galaxy do not look favorably upon the pratice. We do of course wish the Grand Army of the Republic the best of luck in returning their missing personal, but are un-able to provide any aide beyond the well wishing.

haven’t we already established that the republic doesn’t care about its citizens? they left Annora, their Vice-chancellor, for dead. they allow the constant bombings of their people. they support a being that has caused a mass genocide across various planets. WELL DONE REPUBLIC.
