Anoth pushed back from Taanab, DoR aids against Anoth

January 11, 2012

Galactic News reporters went on Taanab after they learned of the Empire of Anoth’s troop landing.

A troop of the Empire of Anoth (EoA) landed in Taanab. They were spotted by the few Jedi present on the planet (TJO) which called support from the Jedi of Dantooine (DJE), the Antarian Rangers and several others. When intercepted, the troop, led by an imperial prince, stated they wanted to discuss. The Jedi however distrusted them, Master Richi stated they only wanted to invade the planet, and demanded they evacuate. They refused, claiming they will stay no matter what, although still not giving a reason of their presence on the planet and blamed the Jedi if they dared to attack them first. None of the locals however wanted the Empire of Anoth there and the tensions rose.

Allies attempting to flush out the EoA from Taanab

They eventually had to be evacuated by force of the arms by the allies with little casualties on their side. Once the Empire of Anoth left they considered to destroy the building they apparently attempted to capture. They also had a surprise discovering of an unexpected ally.

Chelsea and Arch Lord Exitium

This new ally was the Arch Lord Exitium of the Sith organization the Disciples of Ragnos (DoR). In an interview he gave after the combat, he explained they allied with the Rebel Scums led by Chelsea for the purpose of “destroying false Sith or imperial factions.” Chelsea added this alliance might extend to ally against other factions, like Jes’tula’s pirates and the Sith Empire of Byss. Exitium announced the DoR left the Sith Empire but did not precise what was his intention in their respect. He recomended to the Hutt to wary about the Sith Empire, saying they would want to use them as they used him. This decision may have been a consequence of a disagreement with the former Emperor Darth Novo, whom the Arch Lord qualified as “scum.” Both Chelsea and Exitium found “common ground” between the DoR and the Rebel scum and hope will make this alliance an “unstoppable force.”

However their respective allies my continue to tear each other apart, which may be a danger for the alliance. Notably, the Galactic Liberation Alliance (GLA) announced they withdrew their support to the Rebel Scums and that “disgust” of an alliance with the Sith spread around Uvena Prime. Also Exitium was freshly thanked by some of the Jedi after the battle in Taanab.

Ah the wisdom of Lord Exitium never ceases to amaze me. A Sith working with the Jedi to purge “false Sith” whose Empire has reigned since he was but a seed in his fathers loins.

Why are you so amazed general? Everything is possible. And a good example is princess Nev’la, who changed sides becoming jetii, so be ready for the next step of Exitium!

No! Don’t allow Exitium to join our side! He was such a drain on the Empire, why would you ever want him working with The Republic?

oh how so in that it seems the AoE is basicly getting all sides of the galaxy to hate them and want them evisorated. But this should be fun to watch what new chaos they will make.

They’ve successfully not invaded this planet. As in. They went there, refused to leave, offended locals, got into a pissing contest with jedi, and were forced off planet. The same thing has happened with every other planet they’ve gone to. I suppose their emperor, if you can call him that, was correct. There methods are peaceful. And they don’t intend to invade planets. They just intend to sit there and slowly create conflict that ends with their eviction, with maybe the occasional kidnapped victim or home invasion. He acts more like a leader of a group of thugs than he does an emperor.

An agreement between two former enemies is generaly praiseworthy… however, if turned to run a war, this agreement lost its positive aspects.

The Disciples of Ragnos have fallen far. Led in by fools and incompetents at the helm of the now Defunct Obsidian Dominion, and taken in by their honeyed words of slander. He has allowed his order to rot from within.

Don’t you know that jetii believe in redemption? If Exitium may come to jetii, spas, with a humble expression on his face, expressing regret for his past actions, jetii will welcome him with open arms, trust me, sir, i was witness at the moment when jetii welcomed Nev’la and after i saw the impossible, nothing will surprise me!

Exitium isn’t a Jedi nor is he seeking “redemption”. He’s just allied with the rebel scum faction for the time being. And if I recall correctly, Rebel Scum isn’t a New Republic force. So he’s not allied with the New Republic either. Don’t give hugs to someone willing to impale you.
