Nomi Drewmoore, New Republic Senator of Dantooine

January 30, 2012

Galactic News meet the new Senator of Dantooine, Nomi Drewmoore.

After a long time of vacancy, Dantooine is represented by a Senator in the Galactic Senate of the New Republic. Nomi Drewmoore was elected by the citizens of the planet, the pool having been approved by the planetary council. Native of Dantooine, she has advanced lawyer knowledge, but she originally turned her carrier as a researcher in agronomy. She returned to her home world after her lab closed, then she applied to the election under the platform to keep the planet strength and independence and promote the freedom in the Galaxy.

The newly elected senator believes dark siders endanger the freedom in the Galaxy. Therefore, she is defending the liberty for everyone to choose their destiny and the freedom of information. This principles have to be defended by diplomacy first, which she believe is usually stronger and more efficient then military.

She is wary of the outsider worlds, which more than once showed up hostile. The Republic has to defend their citizens against outsiders aggressions, maybe of them seeking power and conquest. Dantooine with their Jedi and their army have a role to play in the defence of the Republic.

Although, the Republic should keep the contacts opens to appease potential conflicts by diplomatic means. The war whenever it occurs shall be used as last resort.

” Although, the Republic should keep the contacts opens to appease potential conflicts by diplomatic means. The war whenever it occurs shall be used as last resort.”

Or so they say. But wear black there and get caught with a saber.at your side, you’ll be an enemy of the republic in no time.

Cowardly? This word seems to be tossed about alot these days. Care to back up your claims? Last bloke complained about numbers, despite his kind attempted to do the same thing before reinforcements.

But this topic doesnt fit here. I’d suggest you two(or three) meet face to face and decide there who’s coward…

They know how to reach me. Given they can actually back up their claims with facts and not complaints as to how they fail.
