Mutated Rakghoul ship crashes in Nar Shaddaa

March 20, 2012

Reporters of the Galactic News went in Nar Shaddaa to inspect the zone where a lost ship, full of Mutated Rakghoul, crashed.

Nar Shaddaa defenders over the Casino against a Huge creature

Nar Shaddaa: A couple of days ago, one of the lost evacuation ships from Susevfi was spotted heading to Nar Shaddaa. She passed though the defence, and crashed in the undercity, narrowly failing to hit the Black Hole Casino. Instead it devastated a nearby building, and spread its mutated Rakghoul passengers in the streets.

Right away many people armed and started to chase the creatures, trying to contain and repeal them. Even tough they had some success, and many are proud of their many kills, they did not eliminate the threat. The mutated rakghouls are now localised in small pockets in the lower city and have invested the sewer system. A good point is the cure newly developed in Yavin 4, recently victim of this scourge, was shared by the Jedi for free to the city defenders. Sith also claimed to having an idependant cure from a former, long time ago, experience with the Rakghoul. Even if side effects of these medicines have not be tested, they have showed good result against the infection for now.

Cirden Fang from Susevfi and Jay from Nar Shaddaa

Different from the Yavin 4 invasions, Nar Shaddaa defenders met several huge mutants while Yavin only met one. These, similar to the ones which Yavin defenders had called a “Queen”, did not look to have a specific influence on the smaller ones. They were just more resistant. The defenders are spread in several different group, but sounds to work united against the common threat. Any way a great caution is expected for the travellers in Nar Shaddaa. if the upper city appears to have spared, several dangers roam in the under city, even more than usual.
