The first race counting for the Galactic Swoop Cup (GSC) is about to start. The races will spread over a few dozens days on several different tracks located in systems across the Galaxy. The winners will earn points and these points will be summed up to award the best racer in the Galaxy. Some of  these races may not be the fastest, but will require the utmost skill for the driver to keep control of his vehicle. Some of the races will have an imposed swoop while some other will let the racers freely choose their vehicle.

The cup will open on a track in the Pallas Athena station, built for the occasion. It will be controlled by the sponsor of the station, Teninista. The track features a few straight lines and several climbing curves. The racers will be allowed to use their own swoops. Candidates can start to train and request the sponsor to organize non official races before the Cup’s one.

The next scheduled races will be held in the desert of Tatooine, near Mos Taike then in Onderon. Other tracks are planed, although the details are still pending. Stay tuned.
