Death Watch loom opposite Mandalorian clans

April 15, 2012

Reporters of Galactic News met a member of the Death Watch in Taris.

Vorenus

In the name of the Overlord Shiva, the Death Watch Vorenus announced their organisation is back again, and will oppose to the other Mandalorians which “have been a blight on the true ways long enough.” He stated these clans would be designed to “fall and crumble”. They also condemn the Death Watch Reformist movement, which they believe are worse than the Mandalorian themselves. But the main of their threat go to more established Mandalorian clans, notably Ordo, Skirata, Mereel, Socaras, and Dralshya.

Death Watch believe they are the true Mandalorians. They want to bring the old ways back and evoke their past where they were “Crusaders, conquerors of worlds”. They deplore the other are farther and father of this old ways and are reduced to become “pathetic mercenaries”, some would event have completely abandoned their way but still call themselves Mandalorians. Death Watch want to “wipe out” the clan out of the “rightful path”, starting by the most powerful ones. They currently have no objective against other factions unless they get in their ways.

YOU dare to compare with heroes from Vanquo, Taris, Althir, Jaga’s Cluster and Malachor V…Kyr’tsad? Ha..you are only a terrorist cell with pretenses of mando’ade.

To have thought that we purged these idiots a while ago. Suddenly disappearing into the shadows as they always do when they have failed their ultimate priorities such as taking over the Galaxy, “attempting” to exterminate us, (the Real and True Mandalorians), expand their criminal activities in order to profit/support themselves, and above all of the said goals they want to achieve is to indoctrinate those outside our culture into thinking that they are either the “Good Guys,” or the real deal when it comes to being something they could never dream of being.

As much as I “admire” an enemy who has the audacity to display themselves to the whole Galactic HoloNet and talk up their group’s cause or threaten/mock/belittle those who share an intense animosity towards them, words are not in my arsenal. My weapon locker consists of my handy-dandy blaster pistol, a blaster rifle, a vast selection of explosives, my trusty-yet-not-rusty besk’ad, and a few gadgets and gizmos. Now, the question that you Death Watch kiddies are probably asking yourself is along the lines of, “what the hell is this pretender saying?! It’s like as if he was actually intelligent or sum-thin’!” I’ll make it quite simple for those premature, shriveled-up fruits within each of your skulls to comprehend; I don’t like talking shit, neither do my clansmen or my True Mandalorian brothers; we like to fight our enemies instead of bashing heads virtually in a constant war of he-said-she-said.

Your Overlord Shiva has challenged Us before and has failed; what makes you think that you will conquer Us under her leadership? I recall those feeble attempts that she has made against Us, walking onto the cold wasteland of Kerest that we have at one time called home. In mere minutes, all of her servants, (people like you), fell onto the ice and snow with new battle wounds and heart-ache. It was a pathetic performance, We were repugnant enough just scrubbing your buddies’ filthy blood off our streets. As much as I could go on about the insignificant conflict which erupted between your syndicate and Us, I will give you an ultimatum which you should consider. A solution that you should not refuse.

Return to the shadows young Death Watch. Seeking vengeance should be on the lowest of your priorities. We have decimated your kind since the origins of our honorable existence. We will fight to our very last breathes, as Jaster Mereel has done to protect his family, clan, and culture. You will be shown no mercy in battle by Us. We will not accept any conditions of peaceful negotiations, compromises, and/or surrender from your Overlord or any of your kind. Now that you have an idea of what We are all about, your highest priority should primarily be survival.

This will be the last time that I will voice my thoughts to you on the HoloNet. Take my advice or not, it will only expand your lifespan to maybe a couple more years. Whether you hide or not, we will be searching. We will venture through every explored territory of space to find you. Whether it is in a corner of the Galaxy, on the fringes of the frontier, in dark space or unexplored sections, we will not stop just because of an unsuccessful hunt. So, my advice to you if you have the will to fight is to sleep with all of your eyes open.

Now, if you will excuse me, I need to get dressed in my casual attire of beskar-plated armor and my little-game hunting equipment for this occasion.

IF they are wise, Death Watch should run in the Unknown Regions and hide after this warning, but wisdom is not their strong point, ner vod.

First thing is first, one; you are not my brother. I don’t know who the hell you are, nor do I honestly care. Second, please refrain the use of our language on an Outsider HoloForum. They are not worthy to speak, listen, or read our language.

Well said, but you don’t need to be so angry just for “this”!

But you’re going to anyway, even if it’s completely unnecessary and at best likely to have the effect of the he-said-she-said you mentioned.

You really have to love that Mandalorian integrity. Nothing like sticking to your principles.

Here I’d love to see a written form of these Canons of Honour or the Supercommando Codex which the Death Watch opposes in order to contrast them and gain some insight into genuine Mandalorian culture. Fires happening in centuries past is unacceptable as an excuse being that the contending parties both claim knowledge of these doccuments. ((Blaming fires is an excuse given for the original documents of speculative Free-Masonry along with lack of central authority yet a lodge can be described as irregular thus the same absurdity would be nice to avoid.))

Well there seems to be an implicit tendency to xenophobia, if this is a virtue among them then there is not much left to discuss. In future, unless proven incorrect by deeds, I will avoid the mention of these beings, whatever they may choose to call themselves.
