Obsidian Dominion Grows Stronger with their Allies

May 5, 2012

Reporters Daana Kira and Rakiko Lowtide travelled to Ziost to catch up on news from the Obsidian Dominion and from the Queen of that system.

Obsidian Dominion members talk about their recent victories

On Ziost, GNN was able to speak with several members of the Obsidian Dominion as well as the Queen about recent happenings, including their relationship with the Confederacy as well as military operations. One of them who had been involved in several of the operations confirmed that the Obsidian Dominion was allied with the Black Dawn and engaged Republic forces several times on Trandosha. He didn’t know why a force of Jedi from Yavin IV, the KOJ, one from Dantooine, the DJE and GAR attacked Trandosha, but he was proud that the Dominion and Black Dawn were able to defeat them. As for other military operation such as ones against Yavin IV, he neither confirmed nor denied these reports.

Lady Adaliah revealed more details on the alliance since she and her sister Luna had been key in setting it up. The agreement is only with the Black Dawn and not the full New Confederacy. She confirmed the operation against Yavin IV did occur to show the strength of the Dominion and Black Dawn’s alliance. The operation was conducted to recovery the body of an ally that the KOJ was holding and who they refused to release. Little is known on this fallen ally, why he was with the Jedi and how they were informed, beside it was neither from the Black Dawn or the Obsidian Dominion and he was not captured in Yavin 4. She also stated that their allies were going strong in their quest and establishment as a power to possibly join the Sith Empire.

Queen Nessa speaking proudly on the actions of the Confederacy.

GNN was also lucky to be able to speak with Queen Nessa herself, who is also a Darth of the Dark Lords of the Sith. She was proud of the way the Dominion and its allies had handled things and reiterated her view that the Jedi were going to start invading worlds to spread their views, which see implied that they were starting to do with their attack on Trandosha. She also stated that time for politics were over and had no desire to speak with any Jedi, who she said many of which were hot-tempered. She also warned them that any further attacks will just more defeats added to the ones on Yavin IV and Trandosha already. As for domestics policies, she is still forming her cabinet on Ziost and will hold an event once it’s completed.

GNN will continue coverage of these conflicts and speak with the Republic forces on the matter, so stay tuned.

This is the usual Dark Lords of the Sith propaganda. It was made clear through Senate communication channels that the Senator of Callos had been in fact captured by this Confederacy and were holding him on Trandosha. This prompted GAR to conduct the operation with the help of other Republic Forces on Trandosha. Despite the defeat the Senator is now back safe and sound.

How lovely the new Queen is one who spreads lies and insults neutral parties after assisting in kidnapping one of their government officials. Of course you can never expect much from royalty; they are 90% of the time either figureheads or fools; such as this one.

As for the “Attack on Trandosha”, it was no attack on Trandosha involving every Jedi order in the galaxy. In reality it was 4 Clones and 3 Dantooine Jedi asking for a kidnapped Senator back from a group of thugs; who evidently had been backed up by the Sith. It surprises me that the Sith didn’t even bother to figure out why this nefarious failure of a syndicate needed help in the first place.

But let OD drop a level or two in intelligence and become sisters with the Black Dawn and “New Confederacy”, it will only make their fall sooner then anticipated.

You talk a lot of game for a man at his HoloTerminal. Maybe you should get up from your fat arse and do something about this “group of thugs” which has consecutively destroyed the forces of the Republic three to four times already. You better get on that.

        Minh’vurr’ordan :

I think you’re referring to “his job.”
I don’t see why he would do that though, it would ruin his record of being an ineffectual fat-arse sitting at his holoterminal and pulling his comments out of that broad, fleshy pedestal upon which he idly wallows in his sedentary mode of operation.

(That’s his “posterior” for those who would be confused by my courteously indirect reference to his ass.)

      • May 6, 2012 at 8:53 AM

I am sure you are too busy “Sitting on your fat arse” to understand I am The Republic’s Defense Minister, who has infact been doing many things about it. And I am not sure I have ever heard of the Republic’s forces being destroyed… Maybe you’re just pulling that out of your rear end?

Being that this Queen was not personally present, at least from the information of GNN’s reporters, how then can approval or not be taken seriously? -Perhaps the throne doubles as a recliner for the Generalissimo/Queen/Darth/whatever… Had the actions taken place under the personal command of General NC-304 the statement would hold more credibility to the approval or not of the Byss Imperials.

  4. May 5, 2012 at 11:07 PM

Nessa. Darth Nessa. Why does that name sound familiar?
Oh, I know why- she bungled a prison transfer on Byss of a jedi she had just tortured, and was inexplicably saved from any punishment by Rowe.

    https://galacticnewssl.wordpress.com/2011/10/04/jedi-resistance-resumes-on-ossus/

Then she was princess of Lehon. keep in mind she and Darth Aran tried to insist that lehon was completely neutral and not allied with the Sith, or specifically DLoTS. Which was such an outrageous lie that it was hilarious.

    https://galacticnewssl.wordpress.com/2011/10/08/lehon-responds-to-gar-and-makes-and-announcement-for-the-princess/

    Miss Byss Pageant. Prestigious.

    https://galacticnewssl.wordpress.com/2011/10/10/miss-byss-pageant-started/

This is a regal outfit if I ever saw one:
    Miss Byss

I can’t help being entranced by her dignity and her proud bearing. Clearly queen material here.

And with a record like that, really, I can completely understand how she became Darth and was appointed as a queen.

But this, really, this clinches it for me:
“She also stated that time for politics were over and had no desire to speak with any Jedi, who she said many of which were hot-tempered.”

Hot tempered? The jedi don’t live comfortably on what is literally a lava planet covered in volcanoes. You did. The jedi don’t have in their code, “peace is a lie, there is only passion.” You do. You’re rankled by the jedi for being “hot tempered?” Then what are Sith supposed to be? On fire?

    If only.

“I am oh so touched, that you all feel so strongly about me and my cause. Though I will set aside the fact none of you have the gusto to come before me and speak about this I shall lower myself to your level to deliver a message just to make some things clear. As for the ‘Jedi’ Politician that was on Trandosha. To think that Jedi could wildly go around and try to gather support for an all out, preplanned attack on Sith controlled planets and that would not warrant a response. Well that just aids me in understanding why you sit back and toss such accusations around like ‘Liar’ or ‘Sith Propaganda.'”

**Clears her throat and chuckles lightly.**

“Now as for you, Mr. Sohn Jowart, I see you fancy yourself a bit of a historian. I had not imagined there was someone out there that found my life so fascinating to keep up with it. However it seems you have many gaps, and misguided ideas on certain events. Though I do not blame you, nor do I fault you. Though if you really are interested I invite you to get in touch with me so that we may chat on the truths of my upbringing. I am sure you will be more then surprised to know that the escape of Master Deka, that you so promptly spoke of, is a failure I mind not speaking about for I was in fact punished and learned greatly from it. The events themselves, if properly told that is, might actually call for some to be inspired to owning up to their failures as well.”

“So I invite any of you, no all of you, to grace me with your lovely presences. We may talk philosophies, and social politics if you wish, or even history. But hide not behind your Holo Terminals, for the galaxy looks weaker for you doing so. Riveting conversation can only take place in person.”

((Anyone is more then welcome to contact me for some Role Play, Fifica Silvercloud. I do not bite, much. 🙂 Though I do believe that if trash talking is going to take place, it should really be done face to face, it is more fun then using a side forum to do so. And I absolutely love role play so much that I will not pass it up. I look forward to hearing from ya.))

It’s really not hard to search articles in GNN, and I don’t have a life anyway, so the few minutes lost isn’t a big deal.

As I’ve said before, my wife frowns upon my meeting discretely with strange women, especially the kind who dress like you do. In any case, if you’re so outspoken about it, why don’t you explain here, in detail, your failure and how you were punished for it, because Rowe implied, when it happened, that you had found exception to her ultimatum.

    • May 6, 2012 at 9:04 AM

Ok, a few things. One, Trandosha is not Sith controlled, do you know anything about your allies? It’s a fake government that is just a facade of the actual Death Watch and Syndicate control. Two, It was not pre-planned with the Senator “taking a stroll” on Trandosha to warrant an attack; if we really wanted an excuse to attack, we would have a better reason and could bring far more then the 8 who battled during that day. The Senator was, infact, captured by Trandosha’s crime ring. The Republic does not allow our citizens to be simply carried off by Crime groups so easily…

You know what they say about assuming, “It only makes an Ass out of you and me”. Or in this case, just you.

Did you read my above comment?

*Kardel is busy setting up a facility at Hsskhor when he decides to log into the holonet and search the news. Upon reading the previous comment, he resists the urge to facepalm.*

“I’m a little confused by your comment, but if you’re calling Dosha a Sith-Controlled planet, you should probably check your facts. Last I checked, Dosha isn’t even Sith occupied.

The New Confederacy of Independent Systems controls Trandosha, not Sith. If you’re referring to your own Sith forces, being allied with a system does not mean you control it. That’s not how alliances work. I don’t recall pledging my services to any Sith after all.”

((The comment about Sith controlled Systems was not meant to aim in the direction of Trandosha. It was meant for the Jedi to whom were calling for Jedi groups to raise up and go on offensive against Sith. I apologize if it was wrongly worded and thus taken as such.))

Actually if you knew your enemy well enough Sohn you would know that the sith are like that of an energy cell that really never needs recharging. Their kind at least did not promote being all about peace, and as soon as they heard a kidnapped diplomat was on Nar Shaddaa went to the Hutt Cartel in force; even though your own Chancellor was informed already that that specific individual was being looked after, and then set to be sent to Republic space to be returned safely. It was I whom had to stop from their being a conflict that day, and I am not the jedi in the situation who if went there was supposed to be diplomatic about the return of the ambassador of Tanaab, and not like that of a rabble group of militants looking to make demands on another factions own world.
So, next time you decide to insult anyone Sohn, research whom it is you are insulting moreso than even you clearly did.
For those reading this post may the force be with you, and Long Live the New Republic!

    • May 6, 2012 at 3:47 AM

First of all, I’m having trouble understanding what exactly you’re trying to say with your run on sentences, but from what I can understand, you are trying to defend the Sith, disparage the jedi, and then say “Long Live the New republic,” a government founded to outlaw Sith and promote jedi, in consecutive breaths.

      Classic.
