Kamino opts for the New Republic

May 19, 2012

Galactic News Network sent reporters in the planet Kamino after the battle between the New Republic and the New Confederacy.

Trainers and Troopers in Kamino

The planet Kamino was the main battlefield between the New Republic and the New Confederacy. It’s also the first military victory the New Republic claimed. The planet however is not part of a faction or another. Sources originally claimed a clone army was ready for the Republic, to be later denied by the Kaminoans, it’ll be a simple proposition the chancellor would have denied. Now Kamino sent a formal application to the New Republic and the Chancellor visited them with a training unit, the Ghost Units, for the new clones.

Clones troopers are then probably in preparation for the account to the Republic. Renewing the habits of secrecy from the Republic toward their nationals, it was not possible to know what was their training about, its size or even who is sponsoring the army. The last known senate meeting let a clone trooper order decision pending, this command might have been made in secret or without the senate ascent.

This army however will be sent against the New Confederacy and the Ghost unit officers are confident in their training. According to the Commander Wing, they led recurrent raids against the planet in the attempt to force them to join their Confederacy. The Confederated might have been informed that a order of clone troopers was made for the Republic. By the way, the violence of the opponent and the command of clones would have make Kamino renounce to their initial neutrality wishes and opt for the Republic. The people of the New Confederacy are denied to land.

Probably informed by the GNN post.

Certainly not by the senate official way, whose the communication turns more and more opaque and confusing even toward their citizens. Although they may have spies, which, at the difference of reporters, don’t mind to respect the laws.

Well, at the same time, you have to be clandestine about the security of the Galaxy; whether or not people enjoy it.

My thanks go out to the training officers contracted to get the clones out in top shape, they had no idea what they signed up for yet have done a superb job of training up great masses of clones.

My thanks go out to the training officers assigned to kamino. They have done well in training the massive batch of clones the facility has produced
….i would recommend the scientists check their cloning process though…there seems to be some defective genes in the pool leading to undesired traits in a solider.
