Consortium Alliance Forms Ties With Aurilla City, Dathomir

February 27, 2013

GNN Reporters Daana Kira and Rakiko Lowtide spoke with officials of the Consortium Alliance at their outpost on Dathomir.

Recently the Consortium Alliance was contacted by the Governor of Aurilla City, located on the mysterious world of Dathomir. As previously mentioned in prior holo-news-vids, Aurilla was rebuilt by the nightsisters as the gateway between the locals and the those out of the system. Its been given autonomy from the planetary government.

The Aurillian Governor recently sent out a call for help. The Consortium Alliance responded, having been in a nearby system investigating an attack on one of their warships. A Valor class warship was destroyed by an unknown assailant and the Consortium responded to the Aurillian distress signal believing they may have come under attack by the same. Once they contacted the Governor, both parties felt that there was a common element to each oftheir problems and the Consortium was invited to fill in several security posts on Aurilla. The Alliance acted upon the invit and now have an outpost in the city as well as helping with some of the facilities such as the prison system. Other than Aurilla the Alliance has had no contact with the planetary authorities or any other nightsisters.

IN exchange for providing security the Consortium will be given valuable information to aid in their research of ancient artifacts. Currently at the behest of the Religious cast, the Consortium is searching for a document, ten of thousands of years old. The Document had belonged to the Warrior Queen known as the Goddess of Rikora and spoke of a powerful force that would have rivaled the Yuuzhan Vong. The Consortium religious caste believes it to be a prophecy that such a force is coming and that these attacks on their ships are just the beginning. The Warrior caste believes the attacks and the prophecy are just coincidences and that the Alliance should enjoy this time of relative peace.

Well, at least that’s one less place we have to worry about. We had for one lone day begun to patrol the city when intel informed us that the Consortium had moved in, an organization of terrorists with ties to our oldest enemy in the Armada. Suffice to say we cannot help those who do not help themselves and after the Consortium had been seen setting up shop at the request of the cities governing body our troops where informed to stop patrols. if Dathomir wishes to invite rancor’s in… so be it but don’t be surprised when they eat you.
