CIS Meeting in Mustafar

May 13, 2013

Reporters of the Galactic News Network attended to the meeting of the CIS.

The Confederacy of Independent System met in the volcanic world of Mustafar, homeworld of Issula the Hutt. The Hutt was not present himself but was represented by Iskara Kaar, who presided the meeting. Only members were attending this time.

The meeting

Lady Kia from Dathomir expounded the negotiation she had with Yavin 4. The Moon, led by the Jedi Council, was open to the trade with worlds outside of the Republic and especially those of the CIS. The Jedi council might be contacted if needed for details.

Gistya Antilles from the CMC (Corellian Mining Corporation) discussed to open the CIS or its meetings to corporate organisations, not necessary with voting right. Magister Salene Lusch from Zonama Sekot was wondering whose organisation could be concerned and would prefer such a request come from them. As no member disagreed, Miss Antilles will write down a formal proposal to give a status with the CIS to this organisations for the next meeting.

“Ahhh..Mustafar. Many of my friends and allies were born on that planet. Also called it home at one point, but alas I do not remember much of my time there. Twas a long time ago…more years than I care to express”

OOC Note: consider this post not made by Faardor but by my other character called Devin Feskin

Devin Feskin: Actually I would not mind being part of these meetings, being the ExO of the Corporate Sector Authority (A Corporate Organization) I represent a large collection of Corporations based mainly in the Corporate Sector, Granted a lot of them do have holdings all throughout the galaxy. If this piece of legislation goes through I would love to be invited to these meetings and express possible concerns or interests of the Corporate Sector
