Lady Zav/Zyrah Kidnapped

December 18, 2013 6 comments

GNN reporters Daana Kira and Rakiko Lowtide met up with UrZuric on his quest to rescue Lady Zav.

Landing site on Oricon

Our previous encounters with UrZuric was when he was head of the ODSL (Order of Dark Sith Lords) who had taken control of territory on several worlds around the galaxy. At that time he was known as Darth Oblivion. However as we spoke with UrZuric on Oricon, now it was clear he was more like himself when we spoke with him while he was head of the OJO on Onderon.

UrZuric gave an explanation. The leader of the ODSL had been a clone of him, which he recently killed on Coruscant to bring his imperial expansions to an end. With the death of their leader the ODSL seems to have come to an end as well. This incident, he said, was the result of of his interactions with Master Moonsoo of the KOJ several moons ago that left his mind split. Lady Zav tried to “cure” Zuric by cloning him but because of the impending destruction of the OJO the process wasn’t perfected leaving the clone who would become the head of the ODSL and the real UrZuric who was taken to Voss.

Zuric with allies as the prepare to search for Zav.

Lady Zav herself was defeated by the clone and reborn as Lady Zyrah who co-ruled the ODSL. At the destruction of the ODSL Zyrah fled with the what was left of the dark council to reform the New Order of the Sith, but was recently kidnapped by an entity best described as a Dread Master. Though the entities reasons aren’t known at this time.

UzZuric finally finding peace in his mind on Voss, though leaving him separated from force is now on a quest to free his once love. Helping him is the remainder of the New Order of the Sith and his son Xahertsa. He also hopes to gain support from the Jedi, though has un-easy truce with them since he feels they dropped the ball to help Zav or the OJO previously. How this will end is anyone’s guess and what the plans of this new entity are only time will tell.”

March 24, 2013 1 comment

GNN reporters Daana Kira and Rakiko Lowtide met with the leadership of the Order of Dark Sith Lords for a tour of their palace and surrounding area on Coruscant. Later a GNN Corespondent reported the coronation of UrZuric Kirkorian to Emperor of Coruscant.

Corsucant with Sith flag in place.

Coruscant: The government and surround sectors of Coruscant have changed hands once again and are under the control of the Order of Dark Sith Lords led by Lord Oblivion and Lady Zyrah. Having wrested control by force, the two Sith Lords showed off their new palace and changes they’ve made to some of the surrounding landmarks.

According to the new rulers this conquest sparks the reemergence of his Sith Empire that will spread throughout the galaxy. He hopes to coordinate with the other Sith Empire based out of Byss, but time will tell if any relationship can be made there. For now they are consolidating their power on Coruscant and preparing to make alliances.

Senate building on Coruscant.

First they’ve created an area in the entertainment district specifically for Hutt use and hope to form a formal alliance with many. Secondly the Senate and other government buildings are being kept in hopes the Confederacy of Independent Systems (CIS) will make use of them. While in control of Malrev, the regime had petitioned for membership  in the CIS, though now that may be mute as many parts of the confederacy constitution looks to bar their membership, though those details will have to be hammered out. At the very least they may be able to form a treaty with them.

Already in place to govern their new holdings, a large Imperial Palace has been built-in the government sector. Larger than the one on Marlev 4 the new Emperor and his advisors will over see the governance of Corsucant from their. Through their tight control they will improve the lives of the citizens under their control and make Coruscant even a bigger gem than it is now.

GNN will keep abreast of events as they unfold on Coruscant and the expansion of the Order of the Dark Sith Lords into other planets such as Voss. ”

Ancient Map found in Marlev

February 11, 2013 Comments off

Reporters of the Galactic News network collected news in Malrev 4.

The scientists of the planet Marlev 4 excavated an old star map in a tomb. The tomb is one of the several attributed to the former emperor Palpatine dead a few centuries ago. However the map looks much older: according to the expert it’ll have been made by the Rakatan, an ancient civilization ruling the Galaxy thousands of years ago.

Dark Sith Lords in front of the maps

The tomb itself is located near a waterfall close to the city. If the grave itself was already discovered, several paths remained blocked. The unnatural mist floating within the caves doesn’t help the excavations. The map artifact was found after digging in one of the newly discovered branch. Curiously the device was spotted with unidentified blood lasting from about the Palpatine era.

According to the dark lord Oblivion, the map can still be made to work. However, the efforts made to open it were fruitless so far. Lady Zyrah suspects this map might be connected to the dream she had about a foreign world. Whatever it contains, the experts from the Order of Dark Sith Lord (ODSL) are working hard to open this map and discover its secrets.

Damages in Marlev 4

January 2, 2013 Comments off

Galactic News Reporters went in the planet Marlev 4 and discussed with the Sith

Sith Citadel of Marlev 4

Marlev 4 main city and its Sith citadels were the targets of an unclaimed attack and is rebuilding the damage. The rebuild process was trusted to Lady Teninista and her droids. So far the Sith investigations have not determined the attackers, but it’s believed local Irrukiine were involved, some have been seen in the city about the time of the attack. They believe unlikely the Jedi were the attackers; even if some Jedi happened to challenge the Sith in the past, none have been spotted in the city since a long time.

The Order of the Dark Sith Lords (ODSL), holding the planet have also built a network of several hidden bases across the Galaxy, including, they say, in their former holdout of Onderon. This bases are used by their operatives, but the order don’t want to build an Empire competing with the existing ones. The order itself remain neutral with them.

Onderon Rises from the Ashes

August 10, 2012 3 comments

Newest GNN reporter Xera D’Ukal arrives on Onderon to report on the progress of the rebuilding.

The City of Iziz rebuilt

After much ruin and destruction at the hands of Zavarah and Zuric, Onderon and the city of Iziz has finally been reborn. The Queen Valara Drayen-Kira has been overseeing the project for many months after she and her forces took over the city left by the Sith. Queen Valara managed to rescue large amounts of flora and fauna from the surounding area before it was destroyed, and as Onderon had done to many other worlds over the last several thousand years, reseeded the planet making it more lush than ever. She stated that the tyranny of Zav and Zuric’s rule was over, and that they would never again be welcome on Onderon for the crimes against the her and her people. The Queen also formally announced that the Hapan Ayeka Kel had been elected Onderon Senator to represent them in the Galactic Republic, of which they recently were awarded acceptance. Valara was elated that Onderon was once again welcome in the Republic, and says she looks forward to contributing as much as she can to their efforts and hopes to restore the planet’s economy in return.

Queen Valara with her handmaiden and Duke of Onderon

When asked about the mild conspiracy about the slaves she had purchased from Shaka the Hutt, the Queen informed GNN that she and her Senator had purchased those slaves in order to free them once they were turned over to her care.  Reports confirm said slaves have indeed been released and are free to return to their lives and families, and were offered positions on Onderon if they needed work or a place to live.  The Queen had held an Embassy briefly on Ord Mantell where prior GNN offices had been located.  When Valara heard these facilities were no longer present on Ord Mantell she had a new building commissioned, and informed GNN of her offer to provide them a new studio and offices in the middle of the city of Iziz.

When asked what the Queen intended her relationship to be with other civilizations, as the prior rulers seemed skittish to such, she responded saying she cannot wait to open trade routes and would welcome visitors with open arms to Onderon who are friendly to the Republic.

Order of Dark SIth Lords moves to Malrev IV

August 9, 2012 6 comments

GNN reporters Daana Kira and Rakiko Lowtide traveled to Malrev IV where they met with Dark Lady Zava’Rah and Dark Lord Oblivion, though he spoke through a hologram and wasn’t physically present.

The massive citadel and surround area built near the temple of Palaptine

Formally based on Onderon, the Order of Dark Sith Lords (ODSL), headed by Lord Oblivion has moved to the historic Sith planet of Marlev IV. After having been awakened from a sort of coma, Lord Oblivion who was once part of the Onderon Jedi Order, turned on them and most were wiped out. He then destroyed the Jedi temple and surrounding area and left looking for a new home. Accompanied by Lady Zava’Rah, they finally landed on Malrev IV and rebuilt a temple that had been used by Emperor Palpatine, centuries ago. Oblivion stated that was a perfect site, because he was planning to continue the legacy left by this infamous galactic emperor. Zav’Rah had also been with the OJO and was known as Grand Master Zav, though from witness testimonials and theirs, it seems that Zav after failing to protect her order was awakened as Zav’Rah. Similar to Oblivion’s story as well, though it seems that he had been transformed into Zuric and just became his formal self as Oblivion. Jedi or Sith  scholars may know more or wish to investigate further.

Most of Malrev is uninhabited and rural, ruins of the old temple are dotting the landscape

Despite their origins, a new Citadel has been built over the sight of Palpatine’s temple. Most of the other construction has been to house the the ODSL, as the planet has no real city centers, only families of Irrukiine scattered around the neighboring areas. Construction was completed on a few other building to service any visitors or those on business such as a landing area, cantina and a theater, though the later is also used for Sith instruction. The Temple itself is the main point and also largest structure by far. It is open to everyone, though the Sith temple inside is closed off to the public. Over time more buildings, expansions, and upgrades will be conducted as the need arises.

For now, the pair weren’t too open about their plans, but as they gain power here on what they termed as a dark side Nexus. They will be teaching others in the Sith arts. They also  plan to take revenge up on those who had caused them trouble in the past such as Jedi Master Moonsoo, who Oblivion stated had erased him memories at one time forcing him to live a life as a Jedi. As more news comes from the ODSL activities, GNN will put out updates.

Announcements and Trades in Nar Shaddaa

March 29, 2012 Comments off

Galactic News went in Nar Shaddaa to cover the Hutt Council Meeting.

The Hutt Night, meeting of the Hutt Council in Nar Shaddaa was gathered as usual in the Black Hole Casino. It was presided alternatively by Tiro, Shaka and Belutric. Other Hutt like Jengaz and Issulla were present. The translations were assured by Morrigan, Majordomo of Shaka the Hutt.

Jengaz announcing the Fashion Show

The first to speak was Jengaz the Hutt, to announce he is continuing the Fashion Show with the sponsor of the Leviathan Consortium, more notably Kaelinn X. Kida Sia left the show organisation and Tiro the Hutt gave a reason, which she was the majordomo, claiming she was “a seductress” which “can not be trusted”. The prize will award “Best Dressed in the Galaxy” and the event should be hold in a few days at Secura Vida’s in lower Nar Shaddaa.

Yoki Kel (forward) and Ayeka Kel (backwrd, centre)

After the Hutt regained his comfortable seat, Yori Kel, the next speaker approached. At the general public’s surprise she was fully dressed and announced her recent abdication to the Hapan royal throne. She will join the Mandalorian clan Ordo. The Hutt suggested not everyone was made for the royalty and told their surprise that she left after having murdered even her family on the way to that rank. She answered she was now bored and looked for new ventures and only killed those on her way. Tiro the Hutt, adding he was used to seeing her dress like his slaves, concluded he expected the Hapans will find a more mature Queen. She left only answering to Shaka’s wish of good relations with her clan by revealing her choice was inspired by Dhaval, the one having attacked Darmutta at the last meeting.

The new Hapan Queen is Ayeka Kel, daughter of Yori. She did not make a long speech, but announced a ceremony for her ascent to the Throne which will be held in their new Embassy of Nar Shaddaa. While Yori was leaving cursing the Hutt, Ayeka signed to an officer to seek her and arrest her for treason.

Sihivius Verne

Sihivus Verne then came at the floor, asking if the Hutt had some more bounties or such work for the Hunter’s Guild. Shaka recalled they still are looking for information on Metis Imperia and are searching for the Baron Le’Sanit. Tiro promised he will contact them if needed.

Darth Vyrassu talking to the Hutt

Darth Vyrassu then came in to pay Shaka and offer him precious gifts for several businesses, including the purchase of a droid army. The droids will have to be shipped in Krashyyyk, the Sith having to deal some issues with the native Wookiees. He added he was still in Korriban with other Sith of the Dark Lords of the Sith. Darth Periculosa from that Sith order was present in the crowd and looked like confused by this assertion.

Darth Oblivion meeting the Hutt

As nobody else was announced, the Hutt retired. However, Darth Oblivion came to offer ships for their navy, to propose his help against the Rakghouls and deliver medics. His offer was first declined by Morrigan but called the Hutt as he insisted. In exchange, he requested to open a trade route between Nar Shaddaa and Onderon and to discuss about a mining agreement. The Hutt, notably Belutric, showed an interest on the gifts and the trade opportunity. The Hutt should send an emissary to Onderon for the mining.

After he left, An unknown HK droid took the floor to detail with a multitude of alarming reasons why this specific deal would be a bad idea. The Hutts disregarded most of it high concerns as they considered it was just trading and not an alliance which are two very different things. They would however be cautious.
